Customer requested a Solar PV system for his newly built Villa and contacted
the company via a FB direct message. The Villa is located in a remote area in Rayong where
power is unstable, un-clean, and has regular outages that can last longer periods. The villa will
contain several bedrooms and a living area with a large outdoor space that will have ceiling fans
and a kitchen with modern electrical appliances. High Solar will look at the most common living
scenarios and will estimate a peak wattage, and expected average consumption during the day,
and during the night and will base their advice on estimations made during the visit and
electrical plans. Once these calculations are completed High Solar will make a panel plan to find
the area where it’s the most efficient to place solar panels and will estimate energy savings and
return on investment.
High Solar will also take into account extra occupancy and expansion in terms of extra larger
appliances that may be added in the future.
Due to the remote location High Solar recommended using a system with 2 inverters, one inverter to invert the Single-Phase line to 3-phases. And a Solar inverter that inverts and can store the Solar energy.
This customer was advised a 11 KWp Solar System and 15KW battery unit for night time power. Including an ATS (automatic transfer switch) for when the batteries are empty the system will automatically and seemlessly transfer back to the Grid.
